Load testing refers to the process of testing the responsiveness of a facility after placing a task. There are many reasons why people undertake the activity. One of the main reason why people have done so, is to determine if the facility is reliable or not. Soft wares which respond faster tend to be reliable than those that do not do so at a more rapid rate.
The entire activity is carried out by placing very demanding tasks. By so doing the facility will be pushed to its maximum thus, the users will be in a better position of knowing excellent service that can be rendered by the product. The exercise will also enable one to know how the facility will work under normal and peak time. This is very beneficial since users will be known in advance what to expect from a machine or software (such as Load-View). Stress testing has also been used by a number of people to determine the quality of service that can be received from a platform when in various conditions. Some IT infrastructure tends to behave differently when in a particular situation. By exercising stress testing, one will be able to manipulate the facility so as to offer the best service to the user. There is a broad range of factors that determine the quality of service being offered by a platform. One of the main thing that has been compromising the quality of service being provided by software is the number of people using the platform at a given moment. In cases where there are many users that the maximum number recommended the commodity will offer low-quality service to all the users using the platform. One of the inefficiencies that may be faced is low processing speed. IN case you experience such issue you will waste a lot of time since one will need to stay for a long period for just a simple thing to be processed. Concurrent user testing has been used by many professionals to determine the number of people who can use some platforms well without compromising the utility being offered by the platform. The users should be within the limits recommended every time the facility is in use. This is also important since it will not compromise the shelf life of the commodity in any way
